These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions", "Terms of Service", "Terms of Use") govern your relationship with Padel Time application (the "Service") operated by Tiago Henriques and affiliates. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Padel Time application (the "Service"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Restrictions

While we make every effort to maintain a secure environment for all users within our Services, we cannot provide an absolute guarantee. This is where your active participation becomes crucial. By utilizing the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You agree not to engage in any illegal or prohibited activities through the Services, as outlined in these Terms.
• You agree not to utilize robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, or any other automated tools to access the Services or extract information from other users.
• You agree not to use or develop any third-party applications that interact with the Services or other users' content or information without our written consent.
• You agree not use the Services in a way that could interfere with, disrupt, affect negatively or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Services or that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the functioning of the Services.
• You agree not upload viruses or other malicious code or otherwise compromise the security of the Services.
• You agree not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our Services or any system or network.
• You agree not encourage or promote any activity that violates these Terms.

We prioritize your safety while using our Services. Therefore, please refrain from using our Services in a manner that could divert your attention from complying with traffic or safety laws.

Policies And Rights

You are prohibited from using the Services, or facilitating others in using the Services, in a manner that:

• violates or encroaches upon the rights of another individual in terms of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property right;
• engages in spamming or solicitation of our users.

You are also obligated to uphold the rights of Padel Time. These Terms do not provide you with the authority to perform any of the following actions:

• utilize branding, logos, designs, photographs, videos, or any other materials featured in our Services;
• copy, archive, download, upload, distribute, broadcast, perform, display, make available or otherwise use any portion of the Services or the content on the Services except as authorized in these Terms;
• use the services, any tools provided by the Services or any content on the Services for any commercial purposes without our consent.

Intellectual Property

The Service, along with its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Padel Time. Protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws in both Portugal and foreign countries, the Service is safeguarded. Any use of our trademarks, branding, logos, designs, photographs, videos, or other materials requires prior written consent from Tiago Henriques and affiliates. While our Service may include links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Tiago Henriques and affiliates, we emphasize that Tiago Henriques has no authority over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party entities. You acknowledge and agree that Padel Time is not liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss resulting from the use of or reliance on the content, goods, or services available through such third-party websites or services. We strongly recommend reviewing the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you choose to visit

Subscriptions

Your chosen subscription plan will be charged on a monthly or yearly basis to your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions will then automatically renew every month or year unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription within the app or through your Account Settings in your Apple App Store account to stop auto-renewal. Any unused portion of a free trial, if provided, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, if applicable. Subscription policies are governed by Apple's respective terms of service. Free Trial

Padel Time may provide a subscription with a one week free trial ("Free Trial"). If the subscription is not canceled before the end of the Free Trial, you will be automatically charged the subscription fees for the chosen subscription plan. At any time and without notice, Padel Time reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

Fee Changes

Padel Time reserves the right to adjust subscription fees for its subscriptions at its discretion and at any time. Changes to subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Prior to implementing any changes, Padel Time will notify you reasonably in advance, allowing you the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new fees take effect. Your continued use of the Service implies your acceptance of the modified fee amount.

Refunds

Refunds can be requested from your Apple App Store account. Refund policies are governed by Apple's terms and conditions.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions

We retain the right, at our discretion, to amend or substitute these Terms whenever necessary. In the event of a significant revision, we will make an effort to give a notice of at least 30 days before the new terms come into effect. The determination of what qualifies as a substantial change will rest solely with us. By continuing to access or use our Service following the implementation of such revisions, you affirm your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, kindly discontinue the use of the Service.
